接客業のスタッフはとてつもなく感じが悪く、怖い。なんで子供連れ向けの飲食店で働いてるの？と疑問なほど。
大人の私がまだ食べていたパスタの皿を突然下げようとしたのはこわすぎた。
子供向けの二個で800円？位の蒸しパンは小さすぎて驚き。もう二度と行かないし今思い出しても気分が悪い。
特別混んでもいなかったのに、イラつかれる意味がわからない

It was too scary for me as an adult to suddenly try to lower the plate of pasta I was still eating.
800 yen for two for children? I was surprised that the steamed bread was too small. I'll never go again and I feel sick even if I remember now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ミキハウスのカフェのため、子供向けメニューや離乳食メニューは充実。大人向けメニューもありボリュームも十分。ほぼ子連れのため気疲れもしない。

追い出しにかかられました
客は自分の他に一組だけでした
なぜ追い出しにかかられたのかわかりません
他の方が「店員がイラついた接客」と
書いていましたが、その通りです
いや、イラつきたいのはこっちです
近隣のコメダ珈琲店以下はもちろんのこと、
ベローチェ以下の不快な接客の喫茶店で、
百貨店相応の価格の価値はないです
これでは百貨店出て別の喫茶店に行くでしょうね
最初はパンケーキが美味しそうだから次の
機会にと思っていましたが、二度と行かないです
オーナー様のお問い合わせへの追加：
ネットに個人を特定できる情報を書くはずがありません。
それを聞くこと自体に恐怖を感じますし、やはり再訪問
してはいけない店だとわかりました。
ここに書いていない不快なことは他にもありましたが、
気分が悪くなるだけなので、もういちいち思い出したく
もありません。
ミキハウスの経営で百貨店にテナントとして入っている
ことに驕りがあるとしか思えない、近年稀に感じた
最悪の接客レベルでした。
（うっかりミスではなく、故意だという点で）
滞在時間と客席の状況からして、私が客として問題が
あったと店員さんが判断したのでしょう。
よかったんじゃないですか、その迷惑客は二度と
行かないと思ってくれたわけですから。
（満席に近くなったなら、こちらも自発的に出ますよ）
複数の同様な口コミがあること自体が問題で、
何が悪かったのか聞かないとわからない時点で
あなたの店は終わっています。
あれだけ客が入ってこない理由がよくわかります。
喫茶店で儲けなくてもいい親会社だからの甘えと
感じました。
この店を出てすぐベローチェに入って、１／３の
価格でゆったりした時間を過ごせました。
こっちは満席に近くても追い出されませんから、
価格に見合った滞在が終わったら出ればいいわけです。
私にとってはそれで十分です。
説明は以上です。
この後、何を言われても聞かれても反応する
つもりはありませんし、私の体験による口コミを
書き直すこともないです。

が、店内は席数はないものの広々しており、子連れで利用する方がほとんど(むしろ子連れでなければ浮く笑)なのでちょっと泣いても気にしない良さがあります。
ベビー・キッズの階にあり休憩所も近いのでオムツ交換や授乳も楽々です。
離乳食も年齢ごとに用意されています。お店の手作りではなく、売られているオーガニックモノ？になりますがほどほどの熱さに温めていただけるし、料理を出す順番の気遣いもいただけて有り難いです。

There is a rest area near the baby and kids floor, so diaper changing and nursing are easy.

お味はそれなりですが、幼児用メニューがあるお店を探し回らなくてすむので楽チンです。
また、子供用の飲み物はこぼれないように蓋付きのマグに入れて出して貰えるので有り難かったです。

西武の子供用おもちゃコーナー前なので、買い物に疲れたら使えるし、ベビールームも近く便利。
ただ離乳食の内容としては、月齢が進むとご飯の量や固さが物足りないです。
12ヶ月以上のセットにはもう少し温野菜を増やしたり、ご飯を固めにしてくれるとなお嬉しいです。
