k	kato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生地のゴリゴリ感が嬉しい。小麦美味しい、ドライフルーツとクリームチーズの組み合わせ美味しい、食感美味しいで大好き。高いけど、唯一無二の美味しさを作り出してるロブションブランドがいつも凄いって心から思う。 I'm glad that the fabric is rugged. I love the delicious wheat, the combination of dried fruits and cream cheese, and the delicious texture. It's expensive, but I really think that the Robuchon brand, which creates a unique taste, is always amazing.
た	たかモン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 恵比寿駅から徒歩7，8分、恵比寿ガーデンプレイスの中にあるロブションのパン屋さん。ガーデンプレイス側から地下に行ってロブション建物の地下部分にいきつくのが正規のルートですがレストランのロブションの建物から地下に入ることもできます。僕はロブションの建物から入って地下に降りちゃったけどハードル激高いのでガーデンプレイスの地下から普通に行った方が良いと思います。店内はだいぶこじんまりしているのでパンの種類自体は他のロブションの店舗に比べて少なめです。でも多店舗と同様に焼き菓子とかケーキとかも色々売っています。小箱のチョコとかもあるのでちょっとしたおやつとか買うのもいいかも。この日はクールショコラブランっていうハート形のパンを買いました。結構鋭利めのハート。320円です。そんなに大きいパンではないけど重量感がすごい。みっちり詰まってる感じがします。密度高めのしっとりけいのパンの中にホワイトチョコレートとマカダミアナッツが入っています。ホワイトチョコレートなので結構甘めかなと思ったけどそこまでではなくって丁度良かったです。ナッツもごろごろ入ってて嬉しい。ラズベリー的なやつが入ってたらなおさら嬉しかった。 Robuchon's bakery in Ebisu Garden Place, a 7-8 minute walk from Ebisu Station. The regular route is to go underground from the Garden Place side and reach the basement of the Robuchon building. You can also enter the basement from the restaurant's Robuchon building. I entered from Robuchon's building and went down to the basement, but the hurdles are extremely high, so I think it's better to go normally from the basement of Garden Place. The inside of the store is quite small, so the bread type itself is less than in other Robuchon stores. But like many stores, we sell a variety of baked goods and cakes. There is also a small box of chocolate, so it might be a good idea to buy a little snack. On this day, I bought a heart-shaped bread called Cool Chocolat Blanc. A fairly sharp heart. It's 320 yen. It's not that big bread, but it's heavy. It feels like it's tightly packed. White chocolate and macadamia nuts are contained in a dense and moist bread. I thought it was pretty sweet because it was white chocolate, but it wasn't that far and it was just right. I'm glad that the nuts are also included. I was even more happy if there was a raspberry-like one.

It was like eating a sponge full of sugar. My kids can do better than this. Joel Robuchon is probably rolling in his grave seeing what they're doing to his creations ?
