We didn't make a booking but were able to book in a later appointment in the afternoon after exploring more of harujuku and shibuya. Even though they didn't speak fluent English they tried their best to communicate and were very helpful in knowing what haircut we wanted. They do both men and women haircuts and were very professional in their service. Highly recommended and accomodating to travellers such as us. We would come back again if we were in the Harujuku area for haircuts even though there are plenty around the area.
