お店が地下のため、入り口はわかりにくいですが、店内は比較的広く過ごしやすかったです。
カットとパーマで利用しました。
非常に丁寧で、パーマな説明なども的確でわかりやすかったです。
基本的にカットやパーマの質問を、論理立てて説明して頂けるので、安心して任せられるお店です。
地下だったので、スマホの電波は弱めでしたが、FreeWiFiなどもありました。
技術もキチンとしていて、説明や接客も丁寧で信頼できるお店なので、また利用したいと思っています。

kotohayokozawaがわかるスタッフさんがいます。
ただ、トレンドにはそこまで強くない印象なのでスナイデル系や淡色系の人は別の美容院の方が良いかも。
