★ ★ ★ ★ ★ センターで受講をしている当事者です。自分の障害や病気について一緒に考えながら就職の支援をしてくれます。企業からの講師の方も来て色々教えてくれます。
It is the party who is taking the course at the center. They will help you find a job while thinking about your disability and illness together. Lecturers from companies will also come and teach us various things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの受付は４階。障害者云々だけでなく、様々な理由で職場を休職した人が現場に復職する為の支援プログラムである「リワーク」もやっている。リワークの参加費用は民間施設と違い無料。
The reception here is on the 4th floor. Not only people with disabilities but also "rework" which is a support program for people who took a leave of absence from work for various reasons to reinstate on site. The rework participation fee is free, unlike private facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 就業先にて、ここの男性職員含めて振り返り会みたいなことをしたことがある。
しかしそこで問題の男性職員に、相手が障害者という格好を良いことに「対して記憶力もないだろう」みたいな馬鹿にしたような質問と態度を取られた。
まるで子供を扱ってるかのような言い草に極めて不愉快になり冷笑したほど。
眼鏡をかけたギョロ目のおっさんがその人です。要注意。
あと、職業センターという名前だけあってどんな支援が入るものかと思ってたら、おままごとみたいな能力検査と、時々就業先に職員が様子見に来るだけですね。
それなりに自己管理できる人ならハッキリ言って無用の長物。
ここの職員主導の元、就業先のお偉方とか揃いも揃って８人くらいの大勢で定期的に振り返り会とか強制されることもあるので、ある程度自立できる人は逆に関わらない方が良い。
At my work place, I have done something like a retrospective, including the male staff here.
But there was a question and attitude that the male staff in question had foolishly thought that the opponent was a disabled person in a good way as "I do not have memory against you".
It became extremely unpleasant to the way the grass as if dealing with children, it was sneering.
That guy is a guy with eyeglasses wearing glasses. Careful.
Also, if you think that there is only a vocational center name and what kind of support will come in, just the ability examination like a housekeeping and occasional employees come to watch over employees at work.
A person who can self-manage as it is clearly useless long story.
It is better not to participate in persons who can be independent to a certain extent because there are times when they are regularly recruited by a group of around 8 people who are led by the officials led by this staff, the employees who are employees and so on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2回行きましたがいずれも人を小馬鹿にしたような態度、サービス提供したがらない口ぶりと雰囲気、利用者の個人情報を大声で喋って他の人に丸聞こえ、来客者の容姿の悪口など話になりません。二度と行きません。
I went there twice, but in each case I had a ridiculous attitude, a mouthful and atmosphere that I didn't want to provide services, a loud voice of the user's personal information, and the appearance of the visitor. I can't talk badly. I will never go again.
