サービス面も良かったのが印象深い。
このあたりもお店多いですが、こういった入りやすいお店があるのはありがたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチの、ホルモン丼850円を食べました。
画像では分かりにくいですがかなりの盛りで、
皿に取り分けて食べてくださいと言われます。
実際かなりの量で、ご飯にたどり着くのに少し手間取りました。
スープは豚骨出汁のスープで、具もちゃんぽんの具が入っていて美味かったです。
量が多いので味変しようと思いましたが、置いてあるのがソースと白胡椒でした。かたやきそばやちゃんぽんメインなので仕方ないですが、推しにしている九州のお醤油もあると嬉しいです(言えば出してもらえるかもしれませんが)。

暑かったので夏期限定の「冷やし中華」にしました。
写真の通り、そそり立つ盛り付けで見た目のインパクトはありますが、70%はモヤシです。
食べても食べても麺にたどり着きません。麺は１番下にほんのちょこっとでした。
つゆも少量で底に少しだけ。
味の薄いモヤシをひたすら食べた感じ。
改善箇所はいくつもあると思います。
これで850円は高いですね。
これだとリピーターは増えないと思います。コロナで大変だとは思いますが、頑張ってほしいです。
星は1つか2つか迷いましたが、甘い評価で2つとさせてもらいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチに長崎ちゃんぽん850円をいただく。かなり遅い時間に行ったが、ポツポツお客さんがいる。ランチメニューの選択肢はそう多くないが、ちょうど麺類を食べたかったので、長崎のソウルフードちゃんぽんを注文。
おしぼりと、ハイボールジョッキに氷と水が入って登場。店の雰囲気にあってて嫌いじゃないね、この感じ。
しばらくして、お好みでどうぞと白コショウと一緒に配膳。結構な量の野菜。シャキシャキ感のあるモヤシ、キャベツ、玉ねぎと、豚肉、アサリ、竹輪、さつま揚げ、カマボコ、小エビといった定番具材が、優しい味のスープとマッチして美味しい。具をある程度食べ、さらにかき分けて麺にたどり着いたが、こちらもモチモチしてイケる。
半分ほど食べて、味の変化をとコショウを投入。これもいい。
この界隈でちゃんぽんを食べたくなったら、まずオススメしたいお店でした。

If you want to eat champon in this neighborhood, it was the first restaurant I wanted to recommend.

馬刺はたてがみもあり、グッド！
その他、ダイエットしてても、高たんぱく質で栄養価のあるものをとれるため、安心してモリモリ食べられます。
冷や汁は少しだけ味が濃かったな。
