店のスタッフの方が修理金額を把握しておらず、出来ればその場で伝えて頂きたかったです。

①修理依頼、その場で金額提示→②取りに行く
仕事中は電話に出れず、かけ直す必要もありました。
スタッフの方向けに見積のマニュアル化を希望します。
どうしても金額に変更があるようであれば電話頂く等の対応頂ければ助かります。
