D	DEF ABC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在、母が入院中。 3階の東病棟に最低な看護助手がいます。母がベッド上で排泄の失敗をしてしまい身体が濡れて寒いと言うので窓を閉めていましたが、その看護助手が「臭い」と言って窓を全開にしました。「母が寒いと言っているから」と言っても「いや、臭いから」とタメ口で返答して、窓を少しでも閉める気配は無く、家族や本人の言い分は完全に無視されました。確かに同室の方には申し訳無いですが、他に言いようがあるだろうとは思わないのか…？これ以上、この職員に何を言っても無駄だと思って、このクチコミを書き込みました。患者の事を考えて対応してくれる職員も沢山いるのに、そんな看護助手がいる為に全体のレベルが低く見られるのは病院にとってもマイナスになると思います。その後に着替えやシーツ交換をして下さった看護師の方は、とても対応が良くありがたい限りでした。リハビリ職員の対応や知識・技術も、とても良いのに病棟に人の気持ちを考えられない職員がいるのが非常に残念です…。因みに、済生会病院には、そんな対応をする職員は1人もいませんでした。他の患者の為にも、接遇マナー等を含めた職員教育をしっかりとして欲しいものです。 My mother is currently hospitalized. ザ	ザイドリック on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整形外科に数回通ったのですがいい感じの先生ばかりでした。息をすると胸の痛みがあった為訪れたらコロナと勘違いされて保健所に電話しろだの呼吸器科はないから帰ってくれと門前払いされました。結局、他の呼吸器科へ行って診察してもらったら案の定コロナではなくて呼吸器科ではわからないが恐らく肋間神経痛じゃないかって診断されました。少しでもコロナの疑いがあるなら協和会病院には行かない方がいいですね。クラスターにビビってまともな対応してくれないどころか門前払いされます。 I went to orthopedics several times, but all the teachers were nice.
