It is not crowded unexpectedly despite the fact that there are various government offices (+ Red Cross Hospital) such as the Kyoto Prefectural Government, the Kamigyo Fire Department, the Prefectural Police Headquarters, and the Kinki Regional Agricultural Administration Bureau. The first floor is the post office and the second floor is the savings counter.
