★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely shocked by the cruel treatment my foreign friend received at this hospital. After going in to get stitches for a head wound removed, my friend was told that the stitches actually needed to be redone. The doctor continued with the procedure in total disregard of the fact that the local anesthetic had not taken full effect. My friend was screaming in pain but they just brought in more staff to hold them down. They discharged my friend alone, in a state of shock, with their hair full of wet blood and blood on their clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my wife here in the middle of the night after the symptom of super itchy rash around her waist and upper part of both arms. At first I thought we may had a hard time communicating but some young doctors can speak English well enough. Anyway, I still recommend to prepare Google Translate App for the better level of communication. Staffs were very attentive and tried to help the best they can. At first they ask me to fill up few pages of application form, then asked a lot of questions, but be patience. For my wife, after all questions from doctor, she got a 50 ml of medication through syringe droplet, a nice clean bed to rest, and a blood test lab which was very fast. Doctor finally prescribed a steroid cream for continuous recovery, and we ended up paid approx 17K Yen. It’s not bad at all.
