R	Rあーる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先程、電話相談にて残業未払い等についてご相談さていただきました。若い男性スタッフのK？だったと思うんですが…相談中に高圧的な態度でイライラされた様子であり、鼻で笑われたり、関西弁のタメ口で話されたりしました。あまりに酷かった為、他のスタッフに代わって欲しい事をお願いすると「指名制じゃないので」と何度も断られ、無言を押し通されました。勇気を持って相談したのにこのスタッフでは信頼に足らないと思い、代わって欲しいことを言い続けて漸く「別のスタッフに変われって言ってんですけどー」という電話口に上司？に相談する声と共に別の女性スタッフに代わっていただけました。女性スタッフはとても穏やかで優しく、労働者の気持ちに立って話してくれる方で、相談してよかったなと思えました。他の皆様が書かれているように電話スタッフの態度は悪いです。勇気を持って相談した皆様に寄り添うはずのスタッフがこの様な態度でよいのでしょうか。 Earlier, I had a telephone consultation about unpaid overtime.
