ここの鮨を食べにわざわざ東京に行来たくなる店。色々な鮨屋を経験したけれど、勿論どこも美味しいし、素晴らしい。そうなってくると、次に目指すは、自分にぴったりの店。美味しいは勿論、つまみの出し方や味付け、店の雰囲気だったりスタッフの質だったり、そして私にはここが一番ぴったりのお店になりました。 エキナカとは言え、飲み食いすればそこそこの高級鮨屋のレベルのお会計になりますが、東京駅から外に出ずに行けるアクセスの良さは素晴らしい。先日、東京にお邪魔した際には、滞在時間3時間、全てこの店で費やして帰路に付きました。いつでも行きたい、いつでも行ける、旨い鮨屋。

When I visited Tokyo the other day, I spent 3 hours staying at this shop and went home. A delicious sushi restaurant that you want to go anytime, you can go anytime.

緊急事態宣言明けのお昼に行きました。昼のお任せ5500円をいただきました。先ず、一貫目は本鮪の中トロ、まずまずか?ランチだからね!多くは望まない。 出て来たネタを順不同でいうと、小鰭、鯵、赤貝、昆布締め真子鰈、カスゴ鯛、イクラ軍艦、マグロ赤身の漬け、鮪赤身?の細巻き、穴子、アオサ海苔入りみそ汁です。シャリは赤酢。以上です。 店長にこだわり玉子の茶碗蒸しの玉子は何を使っているのかと尋ねたら、???でした。寿司ネタでまあまあは中トロ、真子鰈位でした。ランチなので多くは望め無いのは理解しますが!全体的にだらしない寿司です。何軒かを経営しているみたいだけれど、もっと安く、クォリティの高いお店は有ります。私の食べログリポートには写真が有りません。何故か?下手だからです。申し訳なく思います。上手な人が沢山います。私もお店を選ぶ時には参考にします。良いお店、スコアの高いお店の料理は綺麗です。飾り立てた綺麗さでは無く、単純なモノもキリリとしています。文章でもっとお伝え出来ればと思います。くどく成るかも知れませんけどね❗少し寄り道をしますと最近、高いお店がもてはやされています。また、演出過多、劇場型のお店が流行っています。接待交際費で落とせる場合は良いですが、個人で出す場合は一人当たり、1万円位ですよね。5千円位だとホッとします。話を此のお店に戻すと3.0未満です。何故か?たった10貫が重かった❗口が、舌が、胃がもっと食べたいと要求しなかった。水天宮の杉田さんの予約が取れました。楽しみです。写真で見る限り、ふっくらと握られた寿司は期待値がMAXです。

仕事のお付き合いで初の来店。ツマミお任せでオーダー。ビールで軽く喉を潤し、本日のオススメを少しずつ頂く。バフンウニ、煮アワビを先付けで頂くが、臭み泣く美味しかった。後はマグロわさび漬け、煮タコ、カワハギ等をつまんだが、これも良い仕事きてました。マクロは戸井産だが、わさび漬けより生をそのまま食べたかったかな。〆で寿司は、玉子、穴子、マグロ他、オススメをつまんでお勘定。腹八分目で、1人2万行きません。ご馳走さまでした。

Had lunch, good quality, reasonable pricing. No soysauce, good flavoured matched to each fish and shellfish. Seasonal fish right from market makes to go repeatedly.
