★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 拝島駅改札口を出ると右手に赤い鳥居が眼に入り立ち寄った。
小銭を用意したが賽銭箱がない。これまでに賽銭箱のない神社なんて記憶になかった。
説明板によると、1906年の創建で、地元の人たちによる実行委員会で管理･保全されているよぅです。
この辺りが福生市と昭島市の境目らしく、
『拝島駅の東西南北の地域住民が集い、連帯と親睦を深める場として提供する』と記されています。
地域住民のつながりが段々うすれていく世の中にあって『尊い志』、ありがたく思う。
そういえば、『共光稲荷』という名称は、“共に光リ、輝こう”そんな意味があるのかな？と想ったりした。
どこかの国の大統領や首相にも、こんな気持がほしいよネ！
