People over 60 years old who are healthy and motivated to work are doing their best as a part of society by utilizing their experience and talents. Although it is not 3K that was said in the past, it is widely used for its steady efforts and various services for foreigners. We are also working hard on weeding, pruning plants, re-sliding fusuma and shoji, and much more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは前から仲間が登録して働いていて、私も誘われたが一応定年後自分で職安やチラシ等で応募して、その頃は60歳定年組としてはなかなか難しい時期で、直ぐにシルバー的な職場より社員待遇で働ける所と、2か月かかつて65歳迄年金、保険加入の派遣に入りその後71歳まで嘱託で働けました、今でも仲間にシルバーでと誘われたりもしますが自分的には後は、終活とスポーツ趣味で自分を生かせるようにして見たいと思っています⁉️決してシルバーが悪いのではなく仲間も生き生きとそこで働いているのを見て私もと、心を惹かれるのですがもう良いだろうと思う私が其処にはいます⁉️
My friends have registered and worked here for a long time, and I was invited, but after the retirement age, I applied for it by myself with job security and leaflets, etc. I was able to work as an employee from the workplace, and for two months I was dispatched to pension and insurance until I was 65 years old, and after that I was able to work as a part-time worker until I was 71 years old. After that, I would like to see myself as a lifelong and sports hobby ⁉️ I am attracted to seeing that silver is not bad and my friends are working there lively. I'm there, but I think it's good ⁉️
