山	山本五十六 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前一度使った、契約では作業員2名となっていたが当日来たのは1名、仕事があり家内一人の立ち会いだったので作業は手伝えない旨を伝えていたが、そうもいかなくなってしまった。苦情を言ったら１人分の日当の払い戻しをしてきたがそう言うものではない。出来ないのであれば断れ、契約だけをとるのは企業として問題がある、コンプライアンスの低い体質だ。その日にしか出来ないと言った覚えもない。今回は市内の移動なので早めに見積りを頼んだら「引っ越し日が決まってからの見積りしか出来ない」との事。前回のようなことが起こると困るので余裕をもって段取りを組もうとしたのですがね、サカイさん。契約と実際の作業員の人数が違うのには辟易した、何のための事前見積りなのか？プロとして物量を勘案し作業員が何人必要か決めたのはそちらでは？約束も守れない、こんな変な会社と契約してしまわぬよう気を付けて下さい。 I used to use it once, but there were 2 workers in the contract, but 1 person came on the day, I was told that I could not help the work because there was a job and one of my wife was present, but it will not be so I got it. 徳	徳永もこな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引越し作業自体は親切、丁寧で大満足です(^^) 作業員の方の対応も素敵でした。不満な点はオペレーターの対応です。女性のオペレーターの方は丁寧に対応して下さったのですが、男性のオペレーターの方は、2人中2人雑な対応で残念でした…。サカイ引越しセンターさんに設置して頂いた洗濯機の設置し直しの件で電話したところ男性オペレーターの方に即断られました。不思議に思い、もう一度かけ直した所女性オペレーターの方が出てその方には即了承して頂きました。同じ内容なのに、オペレーターによって対応が全く違うのは如何なものかと思います…。 The moving work itself Kind, polite and very satisfied (^^) The correspondence of the workers was also wonderful.
