山	山田花子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに訪問しました。今回は巨峰のショートケーキ、かぼちゃのチーズケーキ、ブドウのタルト、いちじくのタルト、いちごのショートケーキを購入しました。特に気に入ったのは巨峰のショートケーキといちごのショートケーキです。いちごのショートケーキはクリームは軽やかで口の中に入れると一瞬で溶けてしまいます。スポンジもふんわりとしていて滑らかな舌触りです。上品な甘さでいちごの甘酸っぱさを引き立たせています。あまりの一体感に驚きが隠せませんでした。巨峰のショートケーキは巨峰がまるごと入っているので(もちろん皮なしです)とても食べごたえがあります。クリームもスポンジも甘さ控えめなので、巨峰のみずみずしく弾けるような甘さが際立ちます。どのケーキも上品な甘さと素材のみずみずしさ、食感など楽しめる上、いつ食べても飽きのこない美味しさです。都内で売ったら行列ができるのではとも思いました。友人が長野へ遊びに来たら、ぜひこちらのケーキ屋さんを紹介したいと思います。 I visited for the first time in a long time.
