★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the "must-visit" place if you're visiting Arima onsen and want to have the authentic Japanese cuisine. It is a Michelin recommended restaurant with the reasonable price. One of my favourite Japanese restaurants in Japan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was simply exceptional! The Foods was out of this world, the depth of flavour was something that has to be experienced. Tied together with an almost remote island atmosphere of tranquility. I was very impressed !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cash only place. Food is simple yet delicious. The minimal dressing brings out the original taste of ingredients, perfect as light lunch. It was a challenge for my husband to sit in a yoga pose, lol, no issues for me.

We saw a few people lining up at 10:40am and decided to join the crowd. A lady took our order outside before they opened at 11am.
We were told to take off our shoes and they showed us to our tables. It was low table, so we had to cross our legs.
We each got our own stove with a pot of water. The staff brought a dim sum container and placed it over the pot of water. They told us to wait 5 minutes before eating. They later brought another small pot of white rice.
It was a wonderful experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great dinning experience. Traditional Japanese food. We have a Kobe beef set & a normal mixed set. Total price is about 5000 yen. Totally worth it. Friendly customer service. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place and delicious food.
The lunch is affordable and tasty and is quite complete, we up sided with the steam Japanese beef!
Always a good choice.
Usually are quite busy so make you reservation before to go.
