ホール内には喫煙スペースがあり､スペース内に人がいない場合は電気が消灯の状態になっており、節電対策となっています。
 It is also used as a test site for used books and tests from seasonal bargain sales at Seibu department store.
There is a smoking space in the hall, and when there are no people in the space, the lights are turned off, which is a power saving measure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2017年12月23～24日に、プラレール「西武鉄道9000系 L-train」の発売記念イベントとしてプラレールカーニバルが行われていたメイン会場です。
初日は開場時刻1時間前から長蛇の列が出来ており、主催者側もそれを見越して整理していたので混乱はありませんでした。
広い会場でした。
This is the main venue where the Plarail Carnival was held as a commemorative event for the release of the Plarail "Seibu Railway 9000 Series L-train" on December 23-24, 2017.
On the first day, there was a long line from 1 hour before the opening time, and there was no confusion because the organizers were organizing in anticipation of it.
It was a large venue.

所沢駅東口から徒歩1分でアクセスも便利です。
1階から8階のエレベーターは、2台設置してある。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都心からのアクセスが必ずしも良いとは言えない所沢にある巨大ホール施設。さいたまスタジアム、大宮ソニックシティ、アリーナもそうですが、埼玉県内のこの手の施設の営業さん達は皆さんご苦労されていると思います。お客様の動員数を気にせずにいられるのは鉄博だけではないでしょうか？
どこもかしこも器が大き過ぎますよね。
A huge hall facility in Tokorozawa that is not always easily accessible from the city center. As with Saitama Stadium, Omiya Sonic City, and Arena, I think that the salespeople of this type of facility in Saitama Prefecture are having a hard time. Isn't it only the Railway Museum that doesn't have to worry about the number of customers mobilized?
Everywhere, the vessel is too big, isn't it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅が近くて便利。建物内もきれい。古本まつりは１階の外部及び内部は廉価本、８階の大ホールがメイン会場。６時間滞在したが全て見れないほどの冊数。
Convenient because the station is near. The inside of the building is also beautiful. The secondhand book festival is a low-priced book on the outside and inside of the 1st floor, and the main venue is the large hall on the 8th floor. I stayed for 6 hours, but the number of books I couldn't see.
