注文したのはホルモンうどんのみ(1000円)
具材は非常にシンプルにキャベツとホルモン(大腸)うどんだけですが
タレが甘辛く箸が進みます
地元の方はもちろん仕事や観光で寄られた方はせっかくの名物なので是非試して頂きたい味ですね
ちなみにこのお店は二号店で、メニューの一部を注文したら一号店で作ったモノを店員さんが運んでくれるみたいです

By the way, this shop is the second shop, and if you order a part of the menu, the clerk will carry the items made at the first shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯郷の鉄板焼き屋 串神Five 。お好み焼きが最高においしい…。野菜の水分だけで水を使わないという生地はふわっふわ。独自のブレンドソース、こだわりの豚肉もいい味してる。驚くほどあっさりしてるのに食べごえ十分。昼からビールが進みそうな一枚です。
個人的には、カリカリのソバが乗った豚玉モダンがオススメです。鉄板焼き各種目メニューが豊富。ランチタイム限定の定食もあります。
Teppanyaki restaurant Yushin Five in Yugo. Okonomiyaki is the best .... Dough that does not use water only with moisture of vegetables is fluffy.
