生食用の高度な衛生環境で処理された鶏肉を使用している旨をメニューに分かりやすく追加するなり、壁に掲示するなり、品出し時にサラッと説明したら、「肉が生だった」的な誤解を生まず、無駄に☆を下げられる事も減るかもな、と思いました。
