★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20210204 開店と同時に入店。温かいピリカラ鶏団子の煮込みに神泡生ビールでスタート。店主は和食の修行を経て開店されたそうで、焼き物はもちろんだが、ゴマもその日の分だけ炒って使う拘り。もちろん備長炭だ。おすすめメニューから、牡蠣のベーコン巻、牛タン焼き、鯛の昆布締めを注文。どれもおいしかったが、昆布締めは特にいい具合だった。写真なしが残念。冷蔵庫に並んでいるシュワシュワ新酒トリオをいただいた。日本酒、焼酎もかなりそろってました。青森に来たら、また寄らせてもらいます。

誰を連れて行っても、紹介しても、失敗しません。仕事で使っても、家族でも、友達とでも。
焼き鳥も刺身もとても美味しく、ビールの注ぎも上手。店員さんの対応も素晴らしい。親子丼もプリンも美味しかったです。

青森は食材の鮮度が良いですね。それが分かるのはこちらの調理の腕前が高いからなのでしょうが。
