★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急遽、京丹後に泊ることになり、旅館のご主人に教えてもらったお店です。旧い街並みが懐かしい京丹後の隠れた一角にあり、紹介が無ければまず判らないでしょう。フレンチ風居酒屋といったお店で、創作料理はなかなかで、串焼き、刺身、盛り合わせと美味しく頂き、お気に入りになりました。ご主人は無口なシェフですが、女将さんは気遣いも良く、笑顔が素敵で、お店も繁盛しています。
 This is a store that I had to stay at after Kyotan and was taught by the owner of the inn. The old townscape is in a hidden corner of Kyotango, and without introduction, you would hardly know. At a restaurant such as a French-style izakaya, the original dishes were quite delicious, and the skewers, sashimi, and platter served deliciously, which made it a favorite. The owner is a quiet chef, but the landlady is caring, has a nice smile, and the shop is thriving.
