★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大阪から出張。周りにあまり良さそうな店がない中、店舗の佇まいに期待して入店。内装も申し分なく雰囲気があるのだが、店員さんは普段着で定食屋の様なかんじ。ホワイトボードのメニューもうーん特にそそられるものはない。
料理は素材一発。土地が土地なので海産物の質は間違いない。一品の量が多めで値段高め。
残念なのは接客意識の低さ。周りに競合もそういないので、来たいやつだけ来いというスタンスなのだろう。料理や酒についての説明は全くない。刺身の説明くらいして欲しいものだが、一見のよそ者には冷たい。また、厨房でタバコを吸っているのも、どうか。
地元の裕福な人間にとっては、まあまあなお店なのだと思う。
私はもう来ないかな。
普段の居酒屋の値段というのは、サービスがまともで初めて納得できる設定なのだと再認識する機会になった。

For a wealthy local person, I think it's a good shop.
I'm not coming anymore.
The usual izakaya price was an opportunity to reconsider that the service was the first and reasonable setting.
