★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 残念でした。鍵がかかっている場合があるとのことで、口コミで知っていましたが、まさかの今日が鍵がかかっていて閉館でした。
次回再チャレンジです。
 That's too bad. I knew by word of mouth that it was sometimes locked, but it was raining today and it was closed.
It is the next challenge again.

丁度、地元の人と思われる方が出てくる所で、入れるか訪ねてみたところ、時間ですからと鍵をかけられ入れませんでした。出てくる時も鍵を開けて出てくるのを確認しておりますので、地元の方が管理して一般の人にはオープンにはしていないものと思われます。非常に残念でした。

I went to a place where people who seemed to be locals came out, and I wasn't able to lock in because it was time. As we confirm that we come out by unlocking when we come out, it seems that local person controls and does not open to the general public. It was very disappointing.

掛け流しの有無：完全掛け流し
無色透明のお湯は酸味があり、非常によく暖まりました。共同浴場らしい雰囲気で落ち着いて入っていられました。

The colorless and transparent hot water was sour and warmed very well. It was in a calm atmosphere like a communal bath.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 草津温泉共同浴場19番目の湯です。ペンションの跡地を利用しているので、他の共同浴場よりも建物は広いですが、コロナ禍で町民のみの利用とされています。
もともと利用者が少ないのと、源泉の温度がとても高いので、入れるまでにはかなり水を入れないと大変なことになります。湯上がりはとてもさっぱりします。
コロナ禍が過ぎれば、15時までは一般の利用もできるかもしれないです。
This is the 19th hot spring in the Kusatsu Onsen public bath. The building is larger than other communal baths because it uses the site of the pension, but it is only used by the townspeople due to the corona sickness.
Originally, there are few users and the temperature of the source is very high, so it will be difficult if you do not add a lot of water before you add it. The bath is very refreshing.
After the corona wreck, it may be available to the general public until 15:00.
