★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここ20年以上、手入れがされていないので、展望台としては、木が高すぎて眺望が悪い。昔は、雑誌でも夜景特集で必ず載ってたくらいのスポットだったのにね。
行政の怠慢？
学生時代は、眺望が良く夜景スポットでカップルが車で絶えない場所だったので、関東近隣からかなり人が来ていた。
どこの管轄かは知らないが、観光資源として、近隣を道路含めてしっかり手入れをして欲しい。
It hasn't been maintained for more than 20 years, so the trees are too tall for an observatory and the view is poor. In the old days, it was a spot that was always featured in the night view feature in magazines.
Administrative negligence?
When I was a student, the view was good and the night view spot was a place where couples couldn't stop driving, so there were quite a few people from the Kanto area.
I don't know where the jurisdiction is, but as a tourism resource, I want you to take good care of the neighborhood, including the roads.

元旦の初日の出が最高！池袋駅の真上に上り、サンシャイン60が目印、左にスカイツリーも望めます
The trees are overgrown in summer and the view is not so good
The first sunrise on New Year's Day is the best! Climb right above Ikebukuro station, you can see Sunshine 60, and you can see the Sky Tree on the left

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 展望台と呼ぶには、かなり寂れてる感じですね。手入れがされてる感じがなく、見える景色も周りの木が邪魔していて決して良いとは言えません。展望台に来るまでの道程は楽しかったので★３つにしました。この山には野生の鹿等居ますので、展望台の価値は低くても違った意味では楽しめるかと!
It feels quite lonely to call it an observatory. It doesn't feel like it's being maintained, and the scenery you can see isn't good because the surrounding trees are in the way. The journey to the observatory was fun, so I chose three. There are wild deer in this mountain, so even if the value of the observatory is low, you can enjoy it in a different way!

知ってか知らずか人影も殆ど無い。
立ち寄る必要性は特にない。
The landscape is not good as there is almost no prospect.
There are few people who know or don't know.

ここを利用して休憩をする観光客の中に、一部不届き者の輩がいて、タバコのぽい捨てが目立ちました。気持ちよく利用したいのでそれらを拾い片付けました。
ご覧になられた方々にはゴミは持ち帰り綺麗に利用をお願い致します。
Since it is on the north slope, you cannot get a panoramic view.
Among the tourists who took a break using this place, there were some undelivered people, and the dumping of cigarettes was conspicuous. I wanted to use it comfortably, so I picked them up and put them away.
Please take your garbage home and use it cleanly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鎌北湖から奥武蔵グリーンラインを黒山展望台、関八州見晴台、顔振峠、檥峠、刈場坂峠までドライブしました。
黒山展望台からは展望が良くない。
関八州見晴台からはいいがスカイツリーは中々見れません。
義経伝説の顔振峠や刈場坂峠からも展望は良くない。
道はいいが台風19号の為に所々通行止めになっているそうです。
展望は子ノ権現が良かった。
別の日には黒山三滝に行きました。
黒山三滝はかなり下ですが、日暮れ近くなると不気味な気配になりますので日が高い時に、行かれることをお勧めします。
殆ど人がいなかったです。
We drove the Oku Musashi Green Line from Lake Kamakita to Kuroyama Observatory, Kanhachishu Observatory, Kaohsiung Pass, Hibashi Pass, and Kabasaka Pass.
The view is not good from Kuroyama Observatory.
It's nice from the Kanhachishu Observatory, but you can't see the Sky Tree.
The view is not good from the Yoshitsune legendary Kaohsiung Pass and Kabasaka Pass.
The road is good, but it seems that the road is closed in some places due to typhoon No. 19.
The outlook was good for Ne-no-gongen.
Another day I went to Kuroyama Santaki.
Kuroyama Santaki is quite low, but it looks creepy near nightfall, so it is recommended to go when the sun is high.
There were few people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結構、大変な道を上がってきたけど・・・・・、残念それほど感動のある所ではないかな?
展望台もあるけど、う～んって感じ、焚火をやってたバカもいるみたい。
It's been a tough road, but unfortunately it's a very moving place ?
There is also an observatory, but it feels like there are some idiots who were doing bonfires.
