M	M M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しい手打ち蕎麦でした。めんつゆはダシが効いていて、甘味のバランスも丁度よく、蕎麦湯まで美味しいつゆでした。天ぷらは、衣が薄めでカラッと丁寧にあがっており、油っこくない。エビは少し小ぶりですが、ぷりぷり感があって天ぷらも美味しい。つまみで鴨のつくねをいただきました。身はしっかりしながらも、ほどよくいい食感。旨味もあってビールによく合います。お店は住宅地の中にあって、住宅兼店舗というような、それほど大きくはないお店です。お店の中は、こだわりの盆栽と絵画に囲まれ、清潔で、上品な印象をもちました。お店の方は物腰が柔らかく、人柄がお店に出ている感じがします。 It was delicious homemade buckwheat noodles. 阿	阿美るみ子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初訪です。開店時間すぐに行って来ました。ナビで迷うことはありませんでしたが、住宅街の生活道路の中なので大きい車は大変かも。注文を待ってる間は香り良いそば茶で一息。まずは大好きな十割田舎でもりを頂きました。薬味にワサビではなく辛味大根が付いていて個人的には♪蕎麦も香りが良く噛めば噛むほど甘味が感じられ、つゆも出汁のきいた甘辛のバランスちょうど良い大変好みの味でした。が、量が少な目で全然足りないのでお代わりで二八も追加。多少太さにばらつきが有るものの、喉越しが良くこちらもとっても美味しい。量が少な目だからこそ、両方を味わえたので逆に良かった(笑) 蕎麦湯も飲み干して腹九分かな？小鉢(今日は切り昆布の煮物)も美味しかったです。店内も清潔感があり店員さんの感じも良く、何より蕎麦が美味しい。量を考えるとちょっとお高めに感じますが、それでも納得出来る味です。キノコ汁蕎麦とかそばぜんざいとかも食べてみたい・・・是非近いうちに再訪したいです。 This is my first visit.
