を頂きました。
スープ表面は赤唐辛子色で真っ赤でしたが、確かに最初の数口は、んっ？なかなか辛いかな？ と感じても、食べ進めると美味しいからさで、汗もかかずに完食。！
また寄ります。！！

美味しいは美味しいのだけれどもパンチが弱く途中で飽きた
あと脂っこくて最後の方は正直辛かった

あっさりしたスープで醤油の角がとれたまろやかなスープでした。
麺も縮れ麺でスープがよく絡んでくれます。
自家製チャーシューは、柔らかく濃厚な味付けでした。
味付け玉子は、しっかり味が染み込んでいて、スープ同様、とても味わい深い味付けで美味しかったです。
スープがとても美味しかったです。
今度は、漆黒の醤油ラーメンを食べてみたくなりました。
