上	上杉達也 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当は星０です。弟が、こちらの病院で人工透析でお世話になってます。今年４月に脳出血で倒れ大学病院に運ばれ入院しました。弟の頑張りでなんとか持ち直して容態が安定し、こちらの病院へ転院調整しまたが、受け入れ拒否されました。何年も通院してるのに、拒否です。結局別の病院に転院しました。地域連携のスタッフは、話しをややこしくしてしまう。本来なら、医師、看護師がいますが、ここは、現場を知らない社会福祉法士しかいません。挙げ句に、他の病院や施設に回してしまう。更に、転院先、日時、ケアマネージャーなど、全然患者や家族に相談伺いもなく、勝手に決定させる最低な人です。この病院が評判落ちるのも、病院内部をゴタゴタさせるのもこの職員が原因です。地域連携のNが、担当になったら担当変えた方がいいです。 It's actually 0 stars.
