いにしえではゼンノウ池という池があったそうです。
ゼンノウ池からは鏡が発見されたそうで、この話は岩澤正作先生の報告であることが神道考古学論集に掲載されているのですが、出典は不明です。
今ではどこに池があったのか、大きさも航空写真から確認することはできません。また、発見された鏡の所在も不明です。
