★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数台分の駐車場ありますが、なんの為にあるものなんかな。たしかに周辺の田園風景は広大で落ち着ける景観ですが、別に停まらなくても車に乗りながらでも実感できるし…。水車そのものも稼働してない。…オブジェか？まあ何もないトコですから目印にはなりますわ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 能登川を象徴する水車がある公園?みたいなとろ。無料駐車場、トイレ、東屋有り。台風の被害なのか、経年劣化なのかメインの水車が大きく破損し、そのままになっていた。(2018.9.28現在)
東屋や橋も破損したまま、ゴミも散乱し、とても酷い状態。
能登川水車の説明があるわけでもなく、どういう経緯で作られ、どういう場所なのかも分からない程。おそらく、能登川水車を観光客にPRするために整備された公園なのかなと思うが・・。わざわざ立ち寄ってみる価値は今の所なし。
It's like a park with a water wheel that symbolizes the Noto River. There is a free parking lot, toilet, and eastern store. The main turbine was severely damaged and remained as it was, whether it was damaged by a typhoon or deteriorated over time. (As of September 28, 2018)
The eastern house and the bridge are still damaged, and the garbage is scattered, which is a very bad condition.
There is no explanation for the Noto River waterwheel, and I don't even know how it was made and what kind of place it is. Perhaps it is a park that was built to promote the Noto River Waterwheel to tourists. It's not worth the trouble to stop by for now.
