看護師の質も最低で、もう一度看護学校で「看護とは何か」を勉強して欲しいレベル。(一部の看護師)
ご老人が多く看取りも多いと思うが、「死」に慣れないでもらいたい。家族にとっては「いつも」ではないのだから。
そんなことも分からず、無神経で考えられないような言葉を発する看護師がいて、びっくり。
開院当初からの質の低さ。情けない。
なんとかしてほしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 医師、看護師、事務員、全て酷い。
(中には少数だけど、ちゃんとした人もいます)
当人への癌告知はしないでと散々お願いしたのに30代位の担当内科医が勝手に告知。(ゆ○り世代?)
責めると、謝りもせず屁理屈を並べる始末。
ドレナージ手術の時も、家で処置出来るし皆やってますから大丈夫と簡単な説明だけで、同意書のサインを求めてくる。
説明責任なんてものはこの内科医には存在しないし、心の痛みという事を全く考慮しない。
看護師は仕事が雑でヤル気もない。
ムダ話ししながらの対応。
師長は常に威圧的。
事務員も予約票渡したのに忘れて1時間待たされた。
入院時の連絡先に以前は登録していた電話番号だが、訳あって外して貰った筈のこの電話に連絡が来る。
何の為の手続きなのかサッパリ判らん。
そもそも院内の人同士では挨拶するのに、患者や家族に挨拶をしないし、しても返さない。(するのは入口の検温の人位かな)
たまに挨拶されたと思ったら、救急搬送で来た消防の人だった。
ここまで徹底して挨拶ないと組織ぐるみか?と疑いたくなる。
全てにおいて言えることは、連絡、申し送りなどの情報共有がちゃんとされていないし、コンプライアンスを守れない体質だという事。
組織として幼稚で最低レベル。
ここ数年、両親の病気等で多くの病院に入院する事が多く、訪問する事が多かったが、ここがダツトツトップで最下位。
田舎の基幹病院がここしかない事をいい事に、あぐらをかいて殿様対応なのだろう。
仙台圏の病院は競争もあるためか、挨拶、説明がどこも丁寧で看護師の気配りも段違い。
これ程の差があると単に医師や看護師レベルの問題だけではなく、組織運営の問題だろう。
経営陣は組織体質の改善を直に行うべき。
正直、ここまで酷いとこの病院は無い方がマシとさえ思える。
しかし、これだけ酷いと何れ大きなトラブルで騒がれるかもしれない。
その時は、真っ先に批判の急先鋒になるつもりだ。
現状では☆1つすら付けたくない。

待ち時間が長すぎます。

こんなところへ健診受けに行っても嫌な思いをさらに重ねるだけだと即判断し電話を切りました。
他の医療機関へ予約しました。
病院だけでなく健診センターもダメです。
ここまで悪いクチコミが多数付いているのも納得。クチコミ評価は正しいと思いました。

【外来】
検査の必要性や、その結果について丁寧に教えてもらえます。受ける側も伝えたいこと、聞きたいことをしっかりまとめて話しましょう。補足を求めればちゃんと答えてくれます。受け身で「説明してくれない」じゃなくて、積極的に「説明を求める」のが大事だと思います。
診療科や診療日によって外部からの医師であるのが残念です。常駐されていると安心感があるのですが。
検査は人によって少し差があるのが残念です。下手な方もいます。
【時間外救急外来】
最初は少し待たされますが、始まってからの処置は早いと思います。痛みが激しいと伝えるとすぐに点滴をしていただけました。
ただ時間外なので処方できる薬は非常に少ないです。
【入院】
看護師さん達はとても優しいです。
ただ忙しそうにバタバタしているので、人数が足りないように感じました。
食事は凄く美味しいです。食事制限があって口に合わないときは、栄養士さんにメニューの相談ができます。
【追伸】
どこの病院も総じて評価が低いので、評価を投稿するのは否定的な人が多いと思われます。
ただし、地域の評判が低いのは事実です。
また、栗原市は高齢化が酷く、老人の受診が多いため待ち時間はかなり長いです。この辺りは地域性だと思います。

対応が悪い。痛みを言っても気のせい大丈夫とののみ。痛すぎてまた翌日言ってもレントゲンも撮らずにじゃあリハビリ行ったら?となげやり。それは 医者じゃなくてもできる対応ではと?www 皮膚科と眼科はオススメする。整形外科はオススメしない。くろさわ先生をオススメする。
事務は忙しいそうのに、一生懸命対応してくれる。
