I received a reply from the owner, so I will add one. If you take an admission fee of 500 yen, you should manage it so that you can move the diorama even on weekdays. It was that. The deduction itself is about 50 yen, but the deduction of 150 yen is equivalent to not being able to enter the old station building of Wakayanagi Station in the "Kurihara Rural Railway Park" across the road. It may be unavoidable because the management source is different, but at first glance it seems that you can enter the station building, but the entrance is locked and there is a staff member inside the station building, but you can not enter. Instead of displaying "Cannot visit" at the entrance, those who bought a ticket in tie-up with Kurihara City should try to visit the station building as well. Probably it will not be cut off once, so I will visit it twice or three times. Since I am about 50km one way, I can come again, but the staff warned me that a young man with a large camera who came with a number outside the prefecture was trying to open the station building. In addition, there were no attractive souvenirs at the nearby "Kuriden Museum". The problem is that everyone is working hard on Solenari, but I think that there are few repeaters because the directions facing the three nearby facilities are different. Ideally, if you have a museum ticket, you can enter the nostalgic station building and take a commemorative photo with the vehicle at the platform of the station, which will be very popular. Since some railroad enthusiasts visit alone, it may be good to be able to fix the camera such as a tripod to a position where you can take a selfie at the best angle. And I think it would be great if you could buy attractive souvenirs such as Kuriden at the direct sales office after visiting the museum and the station. I think it's a shame not to actively utilize the infrastructure, even though it has attractive infrastructure. The entrance fee to tourist facilities in Miyagi prefecture is relatively high at around 500 yen, and the Takakura Katsuko Museum in Tome City is exceptionally 200 yen, so it seems that there are many repeaters. If you make it 300 yen, it will be repeated and you will earn 600 yen. We set the price so that it will be profitable on a one-off basis at any facility, but more than half of the visitors will not be profitable due to individual circumstances, so we will give up admission with "Well, okay ...". If you expect a family, 300 yen for adults and 200 yen for children will allow 2 adults and 2 children to enter with a 1000 yen bill, so I think it is very important to set the price. By the way, the neighboring Chacha World has a system that pays the playset individually for free admission, and it seems to be crushed and it will continue for a long time without crushing.

It is well preserved and can be enjoyed even if you are not a railroad fan. We also hold regular driving and boarding events.

A place that even adults can enjoy. The museum staff gave a detailed explanation and it was very interesting. It was a valuable experience because I could walk on the railroad tracks.

The other day, I visited for the first time with a child who likes trains. I went without much expectation, but both parents and children were satisfied and came back. There were various materials, but there is a diorama of Kuriden with a total length of about 10 m, and it is possible to get into a stored vehicle. It seems that you can also experience riding from April. It's a small facility, but it feels like it's trying to entertain visitors. The children were also pleased with the Kuriden N gauge that was sold at the shop. ¥ 1900 including tax.

I was excited !! ️ I wasn't a railroad enthusiast, Tetsu-chan, a photographer, or a rider, but I enjoyed it. I didn't get on the train and wasn't interested in it ... The diorama is elaborate, 10 minutes on holidays and every 15 minutes on weekdays. I'm excited to do it. The kids are crazy. There are figures of local celebrities installed in the diorama, and it is even more interesting to take a closer look. It is also a valuable experience to be able to freely take out tickets and cut them yourself. When you go outside the building, there is a garage where you can tour the trains and factories. Of course in the train ... I was surprised to be able to sneak under the train ⁉️ Although it is not a large facility, it is a facility that you can fully enjoy, and there is Kurihara Rural Railway Park on the opposite side, and it is a place where you can enjoy various things such as traditional wooden station buildings and trains crossing the railroad tracks from the platform. I wasn't interested, but I stopped by to kill time, but it was a good experience.

Fantastic museum. Wakayanagi is lucky to have such a nice high quality museum. There was a lot of nice exhibits and the staff was friendly and informative. The Kuriden museum is on par with anything in the bigger cities. This is a real treasure for Wakayanagi and Kurihara!

Very modern museum detailing the rail history of the area. The exhibits are beautiful and in great condition, and the miniature city is wonderful. However, it's also the kind of museum that once you've seen it, there's no need to ever go again without an event or taking a friend who's never seen it before. The gift shop has two items: a t-shirt and a tote bag. There are a few things this museum could be doing that they've either never thought of, or wrongly thought were unnecessary.

Could be an even more awesome museum if English and other languages were offered to tell the history. Guided tours would also be good. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.
