清掃が行き届いていると、また、来たくなる。何より街の顔である駅に面しているので、来訪者に対して街の民度が知られます。
一階ロビーでは様々なイベントが催され、若い者であっても自分の街に興味を持てるように考えられている。
唯一残念なのは構成の一部である図書館です。増加傾向である住民に対し、蔵書は少ない。
係員の数は必要以上に多く、只、席に座っている者も散見される。
中央図書館との図書の入れ替えを頻繁に行う等改善点は多い。
