★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More of a community center, there is an international desk on the third floor . The desk is manned by an English speaker, there is city information in Japanese, English, Chinese and Vietnamese. There are also English books and magazines available. The meeting rooms can be reserved for classes and meetings. The center will be closed from Friday May 14th to Monday May 31st due to covid restrictions.
