人気店らしく予約の電話してすぐ入庫かと思いきや1週間以上後じゃないと空きがないとの事。電話の対応はとても丁寧で待つと伝えて予約は完了。
壊れた個所を説明、こちらの希望（時間はかかってもOKなるべく安く）を伝えて３週間後位に修理完了、きちんと直っており、外装、内装も綺麗にして下さいました。
希望通りの修理もうれしかったですが、店長さん、他の従業員の方の対応がとても良いです。修理工場のイメージじゃないです。女性が１人で行っても丁寧に説明してくれそうです。
またお世話になると思いますのでその際は宜しくお願いします。ありがとうございました。
I asked because the Benz's side brake I bought for personal sale was broken.

Explaining the broken part, this hope (It takes as much time as possible OK) as low as 3 weeks after the repair completion, fixed properly, exterior and interior were also clean.
Repair according to hope was glad, but manager manager, correspondence of other employees are very good. It is not an image of a repair shop. Even if a woman goes alone, it seems to be explained carefully.
I think that I will be indebted again, and in that case thank you. Thank you very much.
