★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MINIのトランスミッションに警告が出たため、実績のあるこちらのお店にお願いしました。
原因のちっちゃいバネと、ついでにエンジンオイル交換。
ディーラー修理よりだいぶリーズナブル。
そしてとてもアットホームで友達の家のようでした。事務の方と楽しくお話しができて、待ち時間も苦ではありません。花ちゃんも接客してくれるので癒されます。
ただ、入り口がわかりにくい事がわかっていたのに通り過ぎました(笑)
MINIのディーラーの対応がイマイチなので、今後の整備もこちらでお願いしようかと密かに思っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MINI F55にて、「車両動き出し注意」というトランスミッションのエラーにより警告灯が点灯してしまい、ディーラーで点検してもらうと、修理に約11万円の見積りが提示されました。
同様の症状を持つ方の修理をこちらのブログで知り、メールを送らせていただきました。
日曜日で店休日であったにも関わらず、すぐにご連絡をいただけました。
結果、ディーラーの見積りの半額以下の金額で修理することが出来たので、しばらく前から白くくすんでいたヘッドライトのクリーニングもお願いしました。ヘッドライトも新車時のようなクリアな状態に戻り、トランスミッションの修理と合わせてもディーラーの見積りの2/3程度の費用で済みました。
同様の症状でお困りの方がいらっしゃったら、ぜひ反町自動車ボデーさんにご相談することをオススメいたします！

As a result, we were able to repair it for less than half the price quoted by the dealer, so we asked for cleaning of the headlights that had been white and dull for some time. The headlights have returned to the clear state of a new car, and even with the repair of the transmission, the cost was about 2/3 of the dealer's estimate.

2回とも相見積もりをとりましたが、こちらの方が安かったので利用しました。
接客もとても丁寧で、お客さん一人一人を大事にしているのが伝わってきます。
また、技術はもちろんサービスも良く、帰ってきた車の綺麗さにめちゃくちゃびっくりします。中も外も同じ車かと思うほど綺麗です。
次は相見積もりしないで頼もうかと思っています。

I made a phase estimate both times, but I used it because it was cheaper.
The customer service is also very polite, and you can see that we value each and every customer.

初めてお邪魔させていただきましたが丁寧で親切な対応で安心しました?
キズを見てもらい「キレイに仕上がります❗️」と言っていただけたので修理をお願いしました。
代車もすぐに用意していただき非常に助かりました。
修理期間も短期と驚きましたが、一番驚いたのは修理箇所です。バンパー交換したのかと思うくらいピカピカでした！高い技術力。
愛車はピカピカが一番気持ちですね。

走行中にエンジンルームから煙が…?
その後、パネルにバッテリーマークが点灯し力尽きました?
昨年の８月に嫁の反対を押しきって購入した車。年式の古い外車。素人目にも高額修理代が頭をよぎりました。
あ～?
あわてて修理工場を検索しました。
見つけました‼️ 口コミ高評価‼️ 普段あまり信用していない高評価ですが、この時は藁にもすがる思いで連絡を取りました。
車の状態、こちらのお財布事情(?)など説明しお願いしました。
交換部品は純正にこだわらず、安価で…?
(話が長くなるので省略)
以下修理内容です。
・オルタネータ交換
・ヘッドカバーパッキン交換
・オイルパンガスケット交換
・オイルエレメント&オイル交換
・Oリングその他パッキンetc.
・レッカー代、代車料金
計○○万円也
外車で尚且、純正部品以外でお願いしたため少し時間はかかりましたが、大変満足の結果でした?
儲からないから嫌だと拒否されるかもしれませんが、また、お世話になりたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フェンダーとバンパー傷の修理をお願いしました。何社か見積もりを取り反町さんは初めてでしたが見積もりが安くて社長さんが親切そうでしたのでお願いしてみました。
はっきり言って反町さんは口コミ以上の評価でお勧めできます。
見積もり時にバンパーは交換しないでそこそこの出来栄えで素人見でわからない程度に直れば良いとお伝えしましたが、
驚いたことに仕上がってみると見積もりと同じ価格でバンパー交換をサービス（請求書に値引きと記載されてた）していただきすごくきれいに完璧に直ってました。まさに神対応です！
社長さんも従業員の方も感じが良いし、安くて、早くて、技術があり、サービス満点で申し分ない会社で口コミ評価が高いのが納得です！
反町さんにお願いして良かったです。
I asked you to repair the fender and bumper scratches. It was the first time for Mr. Sorimachi to get a quote from several companies, but the quote was cheap and the president seemed to be kind, so I asked for it.
To be clear, Mr. Sorimachi can be recommended with a rating higher than the word of mouth.
At the time of estimation, I told you that you should not replace the bumper and fix it to the extent that you can not understand it from an amateur's point of view with a decent workmanship.
Surprisingly, when I finished it, I received a bumper replacement service (the invoice stated that it was a discount) at the same price as the estimate, and it was completely repaired very cleanly. It's just God-friendly!
Both the president and employees feel good, and I am convinced that the company is cheap, fast, technical, and has a perfect service and has a high word-of-mouth evaluation!
I'm glad I asked Mr. Sorimachi.

Excellent customer service and fast service time. I messaged about getting an oil change and new oil filter and received a reply very quickly. My Japanese is horrible so I was thrilled when we were able to communicate in English. The conversation was accurate, simple, and timely! As soon as I arrived at the shop, I was met by the owner and his wonderful staff. They helped me get my registration and happily filled out all the paperwork for me. There is an adorable shop dog that greeted me as soon as I entered. While waiting for my maintenance to be completed, the shop owner and a delightful woman staff member talked with me and used translator when needed. The time was very pleasant and I enjoyed a complimentary coffee.
The fee for service was the best I've found and I will continue to use them for all future needs. I've already scheduled an alignment for this coming Tuesday.
