m	me ka (むぃぽん) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今の車(中古)を購入の際、程度も良く走行距離も少なかったので即決にしたのですが、納車されてから１ヶ月後の洗車時にフロントバンパーの下の方に擦ったキズがありました。担当の人にこの事を問い合わせたら｢修理に５万掛かるんですが、こちら(ビックモーター)と○○さんで半分ずつの負担っていう形でしたら修理させてもらいます｣と。｢は？？こっちは中古でも高額な購入をしてるんですよ？しかもキズが付いてるとか情報に無かったですよね？分かってたら購入するわけないじゃん｣とブチ切れました。まぁ相手側は１ヶ月も経ってから申告してきたからこちらがぶつけたとでも思っているのでしょう。誠意が微塵も感じられない対応だったので、もうここでは買いません！むしろガソスタの方が親切に相談に乗ってくれる時代になりました。保険の切り替えの事とかまだまだ話したらキリがないですが、車を購入の際は購入の前に欲しい車の現物をしっっかり確認した方がいいですよ？あと、長年放置されていたのかガラス部分の水垢が酷かったです。何を試しても消えませんでした。知り合いの整備士に見せましたが、新品に替えた方が安くすむかも…ですって。購入時の担当者は異動したらしくいません。そしてビックモーターも今の担当者が誰になっているのかすら把握出来てません。データは前担当者になっているそうです。もう笑うしかないです。こんなとこ利用しません。オイル交換は無料ですが、今は近くの整備工場でやってもらってます。 When I bought the current car (used), I decided to make a prompt decision because the degree was good and the mileage was short, but there was a scratch on the lower part of the front bumper when washing the car one month after it was delivered.
