★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JRを利用するとなるとこちらが最寄りの駅になるので、最近でも良く利用しております。始発の列車を利用する機会もたまにありますが、人がおらずホームの照明だけが煌々とついているのでひっそりとしている印象があります。通勤の時間帯に利用しなくなって久しいですが、こちらから東京や熱海、伊東、沼津、小田原、新宿、渋谷に直接行けるようになったことが大きな転換点になったと思います。
 When it comes to using JR, this is the nearest station, so I've been using it a lot even recently. I sometimes use the first train, but I get the impression that it is quiet because there are no people and only the lights on the platform are shining. It's been a long time since I didn't use it during my commuting time, but I think the big turning point was that I could go directly to Tokyo, Atami, Ito, Numazu, Odawara, Shinjuku, and Shibuya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高崎から高崎線で一つ目の駅だが、周りに何もない。
コンビニすらない。
両サイドから入口まで階段しかなく足腰が悪い方には不便すぎる駅。
無人でなく、有人であることが驚く駅。
八高線の乗り換えは高崎駅でした方が色々揃ってて便利
It is the first station on the Takasaki Line from Takasaki, but there is nothing nearby.
There is no convenience store.
There is only a staircase from both sides to the entrance, and it is too inconvenient for people with poor legs.
A station that is surprised to be manned, not unmanned.
It is more convenient to change trains at the Hachiko Line at Takasaki Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高崎線と八高線が発着する駅です。また、貨物列車が頻繁にやって来るので、個人的には貨車の入換作業が間近で見られるのが良いですね。鉄道ファンの方々には特にお勧めできます。
This is the station where the Takasaki and Hachiko lines depart and arrive. Also, since freight trains come frequently, it would be nice to be able to see the freight car shunting work up close. Especially recommended for railroad fans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに電車?でJR高崎駅まで帰ることになり利用した。この日の駅周辺の気温はなんと37℃⁉️２番線ホームの時計は午後２時を少し過ぎていたけど猛烈に暑かった‼️ペットボトルのお茶は「あっと」いう間に空になった。残暑厳しく自愛するように過ごそうと本気で思った‼️

The temperature around the station on that day was 37 ℃ ⁉️ The clock on Platform 2 was a little past 2:00 pm, but it was extremely hot! ️ The tea in the pet bottle emptied in a blink of an eye. 電車から降りるとき車内放送で段差があるので注意と放送がありますが、無意識で降りると転んでしまうレベルです。
