博	博子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに、昼頃に、くら寿司今木店に行きました。土曜日のせいか、お寿司がたくさん、レーンを流れていて、嬉しくなりました。やはりお寿司が流れている方が、テンションが上がります。支払いはセルフになっていて、少し不安に感じましたが、若い優しいお兄さんが手伝ってくれて助かりました❗️最近は、知らん顔している店が多いのですが、この店の親切が、すごく嬉しかったです。又行きます? F	Fuji Mt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低評価。掲載画像と合わせてお読み頂きたい。注文混み合っててタッチパネル使えないと何度も表示されるために席に座ってから食事が開始できない。待ち時間なく入店して客少ないのに？ポテト焦げてるし繊維？の様な異物混入。しかも油っぽくてギトギトしてる。タッチパネルにハマチ、えび、つぶ貝ない。店員に確認すると品切れとのこと。ハマチとエビがないって…寿司屋として失格… レーンのつぶ貝取ると身が異常に小さい。店長っぽい人が来たが謝罪のみで品切れを理由に作り直すは意思なし。タッチパネルで空白になっている部分は全て品切れと解説された。卓上のガリすらまともにない。食べたい物が食べられず空腹のまま、最後に頼んだタコの天ぷら… 小麦粉がベチャベチャで熱が通っておらず食べられない。 5個で220円…ボッタです。また店長っぽい人を呼んだが、かなり待ったあとにバイトが戻って来た。そして今は店長居ないと言われた。は？さっき居たぞ？統括で良いか聞かれたので統括に来てもらったが…謝るのが旨すぎて呆れた。恐らくクレームを聞きたくない店長が統括を行かせたって所か… こちらは子供を連れていたこともあり、発言を抑えた。結局、値引きも何のサービスもなく満額支払って店を出た。腹は満たされず不満しかない。子供のためにまた訪れる事があるかもしれないが、次回も似たことがあれば次は即座にブチ切れる。覚悟して頂きたい。 Lowest rating.
