★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 春先にエアコンクリーニングと、夏にミシンのコンセントの修理を頼みました。
いつもお店の前を通った時に気にはなっていて、今回思い出してお願いしました。
電話の対応も良かったし、何よりすぐに来てくれて、さっと手際よくクリーニングやコンセントを直してくれました。
親切で丁寧。大変感謝しています。

古いエアコンガスはデフォで大気解放連中です！ポンプダウンなにそれ？回収しませんよ法律無視！
あと一緒に頼んだ家のことも諸々下見の段階で問題無くできるからとお願いしたのに、結局ちゃんと知識ある前提で下見してるわけでもなかったようで、工事当日になってから職人ができないじゃねえかなんだこれ馬鹿野郎とかこちらに聞こえるように言い出すし、今日中にやらないとまた追加工事が云々。
要望は全く聞き入れてくれないし、一緒に来た圧力の強い職人にタメ口で反論されて、依頼主なのに泣きそうに。結局職人の都合の良いように(簡単な工事になるように)されて、あちらこちら酷いことに。。
最初に見積りに来る愛想だけは良い軽口の兄ちゃんには要注意。
兎に角不満だらけ。もう二度と依頼しないし、webに記載の多摩グリーン賞と東京都産業労働局長賞を受賞したのはきっと、、、ごにょごにょ言わずもがな。
環境にも悪い、気持ちも良くない後味も良くない、この状態にされた家とあと一生過ごして行くのかと思うと愕然とする。開いた口が塞がらないとはこういうことなのかと思い知った。
