親身になってご対応してもらい大変満足です。
はじめからお店にいらっしゃる方全員で挨拶してくださり、毎回明るい雰囲気で入りやすかったです。
赤ちゃんを連れて行っても授乳室等の完備されていて助かりました。
ベビーベッドをそばに置くかなど配慮や思いやりの声かけを有難う御座いました。
毎回来店する度に石川さんは、こちらが伝えたプランで予算以内の物を、ピックアップして手書きで紙に何枚も書いてくださっていて、その紙で保険初心者にも分かりやすく図などで説明してくださり、納得した上で加入できました。
それに、安く組んだ事で、保険会社が沢山になったので、その色々ある書類の整理までファイルにしてくださいました。
こうやって窓口で営業ぽくなく、丁寧に明るく、熱心に対応して頂いたのが初めてでお店に来る事が苦だと感じませんでした。

Also, because I assembled it cheaply, there were many insurance companies, so I made a file to organize the various documents.
It was the first time for me to be polite, cheerful, and enthusiastic, and I didn't feel that it was a pain to come to the store.

There is a kids space and it is easy to go with children. Even during the consultation, the female staff were able to talk with the person in charge with peace of mind because they were able to deal with the child. The person in charge (Mr. Fuwa) was also kind and polite, and even if I asked questions about things I didn't understand or details, they answered accurately.
