五島うどん 初めていただきました。 普通のうどんより細目でした。 出汁がきいていて、若干塩味が強く感じましたが好みの問題です。 うどんに入っていた揚げ玉が既製品だったのが少し残念です。

肉うどん大盛肉増し。肉は焼豚みたいなかんじ。 もつ煮込みは、臭みも無く柔らかい 駐車場が狭いかな。 ドッグランあり。

茨城では(いやいや関東では)馴染み薄い、五島うどん(長崎県五島列島の特産品)のお店です! 古民家を お洒落 にリフォームし、、、 「落ち着き」と「居心地」に拘ってる様に感じられる店内でした(^^) うどんは細く(2mm程?)腰は弱めながら 伸びている食触 では毛頭無く、優しい歯触りと 爽快な喉越し が印象的な うどん でした。 おつゆ の色は薄めながら シッカリとした ダシの香りが印象的で、最後まで飽きずに 美味しく 食べる事が出来る逸品。 当たり前に かわや も南蛮渡来風噴射装置付 に改装させていますので、安心して利用する事ができますよー☆

始めて五島うどんを頂きました。 地獄炊きうどんは熱々で寒いには身体が温まり良かったです。 うどんは稲庭うどんような細くて乾麺を茹でた感じでしたが、稲庭うどんほどコシはありませんでした。冷たいうどんならコシがあって自分好みなのかもしれません。 五島うどんはかけうどんのような感じで、麺の触感、お汁の味、量とも少し物足りなかったです。 焼き芋は美味しかったです。

こんなところに謎の古民家。そして、謎のバラモン太と言う店名。 恐る恐る入ってみると… この辺りでは珍しい、五島うどん(ごとううどん)が食べられるお店です。 オーダーは入ってすぐに目立ちにくいけど、右に食券機があるので食券を購入。 席は全て座敷席になります。 また、ワンちゃんを飼っており、ワンちゃん同行で行くとドッグラン併設の建物に案内されます。 バラモンとは五島列島で揚げる凧の名前らしいです。 ちなみに地獄炊きなるものをオーダー。 あご出汁スープに薬味と生玉子をといてそれにつけて食べるというスタイルなんですが、これがまた美味い。ぜひ、ご賞味あれ。
