て	てて on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理人がいて安心だが(複数名在籍)、そこの管理人の人間関係が酷い。詳細やどんな理由があるかは分からないが、パワハラのように見えて住人側としては気分が悪い。部屋の中にいても外の作業中の怒鳴り声(口も悪い)が聞こえてきたりする。用事あって事務所にお邪魔するだけでもギスギスした感じが伝わってきて大変心地悪い。お食事はおいしい！ It is safe to have a manager (multiple people are enrolled), but the human relations of the manager there are terrible. I don't know the details or the reason, but it looks like power harassment and I feel sick on the part of the residents. Even when I'm in the room, I can hear yelling (bad mouth) while working outside. It's very uncomfortable to feel a squeaky feeling just by visiting the office for business. The food is delicious!
ら	らいとぉぉ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここに4年間住んだものです。いい所は無料バスがある所、イオンに行くバスもある所、食券を金券に変えて割引できる所、無人販売期、家具がついている所、家賃が安いところ、食事がある所です。悪い所は食事のボリュームが年々少なくなってます。肉4カット後野菜とか和え物だけなど当たり前です。後はバスのデザインがとてもダサくて大学のところで降りたりするのがとても恥ずかしいです。1番イライラしたのがネット回線がとても悪い事です。インターネット料金を払ってるのに関わらず急にネット回線が途切れたりなど当たり前にあります。オンラインゲームはまともに出来ないです。それだけならいいのですがオンライン授業で回線が繋がらずテストが受けれなかったため単位を落としました。管理事務所にネット回線を良くしてほしいと相談したのですが次の日に掲示板にみんながオンラインゲームなどを使うから回線が悪くなる。そのためオンラインのゲームなどを禁止すると貼っており目を疑いました。禁止ではなく回線を新しくしたりなどするのが当たり前なのに一向に治してくれる気配がないです。その面はとても不満ですが大学から近く一人暮らしにはピッタリなのでおすすめのところです。 I lived here for 4 years. It is natural to renew the line instead of prohibiting it, but there is no sign that it will be cured at all. I'm very dissatisfied with that aspect, but I recommend it because it's close to the university and perfect for living alone.
