大家さんは親切な方で、ストレスなく過ごせました。
私が住んでた当時は様々な業種・世代の方が住んでいて、普通に一人暮らしだったら聞けなかったような話が毎日聞けて、6年間退屈することなく楽しく過ごせました。コロナ禍は逆風だと思いますが、こういう場所は貴重かなと思います。
古い建物なので清潔感があるとは言えないと思いますが、私はそんなに気にしませんでした。一度下見をするとだいたいの感じが掴めると思います。
I've been a university student in Sendai for 6 years (2009-2015).
The landlord was kind and I was able to spend my time without stress.
I lived in various industries and generations when I lived, and every day I heard stories that I could not have heard if I was living alone, and I enjoyed spending 6 years without being bored. I think Corona is a headwind, but I think such a place is precious.
I don't think it's clean because it's an old building, but I didn't mind that much. I think that you can get a rough feeling once you have a preliminary inspection.

向山パンションのホームページは…情報が違っています。
①食事時間 ②２４時間風呂ではありません一年中シャワーのみです。
③庭にスズメバチが飛んできます。
大家さんはとても良くして頂いています。

入居希望される方は下見を必ずお勧めします
