莫	莫妄想 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今年の4月にオープンしたばかり。元は久美浜町役場だったレトロな木造の建物を活用したカフェで、「久美の浜福祉会かがやきの杜」が運営しているようだ。「かがやきの杜」の豆腐やおからはすごく美味しいので、それを活かしたメニューを食べさせてくれるようで嬉しい。現在のコロナ禍のもと、メニューを絞っているのか、食事はカレーと週替わりランチ、ドリンク類、ケーキというラインナップ。今日はランチを食べたが、豆腐ハンバーグをメインに小鉢のおから、サイコロ状の豆腐がのったサラダ、豆乳を固めたゼリーなど、得意な豆腐メニューが並んでいてすごく美味しかった。また、入店時のセンサーによる体温測定、かなり席をまばらにした配置、頻繁な消毒など、コロナ予防対策も念入りに行われていた。たぶんコロナが収まればもっと席もメニューも増やすのだろう。期待したい。 It just opened in April of this year. In addition, corona preventive measures were carefully taken, such as measuring body temperature with sensors at the time of entering the store, arranging seats fairly sparsely, and frequent disinfection. Perhaps more seats and menus will be available if the corona fits. I want to expect it.
