It is the precincts of Ebara Shrine. The stone pavement is rising because of the big tree, but it made me feel the atmosphere of an old shrine.

鳥居をくぐり祠に行くまでに敷かれている石畳は崩れています。
手水舎はないので隣接する荏原神社で清めると良いかと思います。
An unmaintained shrine next to Ebara Shrine.
The stone pavement laid through the torii to the shrine has collapsed.
There is no waterhouse, so I think it would be better to clean up at the adjacent Ebara Shrine.
