★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小学生頃から利用させていただいてる店舗です。
特に悪いと思ったことはありません。
席案内がなくなった？ため箸やスプーンが入ってる容器を持ってくることが遅れてしまうことがありますが、直ぐに謝罪の言葉を残してから持ってきてくれました。
料理を持ってくるスピードも早くてお会計も接客が悪い方はいませんでした。
料理を運んできた時に料理名をしっかり話したりごゆっくりどうぞ等、丁寧な口調で言える従業員さんのおかげで毎回来たいなと思えます。

There was no one who was too quick to bring food and had bad customer service.
When I am carrying food, I would like to come back every time thanks to the employees who speak in a polite manner, such as talking about the name of the dish and taking a leisurely meal.

美味しかったし、タッチパネルも簡単で、、
食後のデザートもいただきました。
また行きたいです。

端末のみでの注文とのことで…
慣れない方が近くに座っていました。
ボタンで店員さんを呼び、操作を教えて
もらっていましたが…。
店員さんが代わりにしてあげれば
よかったのではないかな？と思いました。
端末を使い慣れない方には難しいのでは
ないでしょうか？
端末だけじゃなくて、店員さんに直接
注文する事も出来るのがいいのでは…
この田舎のお年寄りが多い場所で(笑)
私自身は、美味しく食べることが出来ましたが
そこが気になりました(--;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客がとても良いです。今まで行ったガストの中で一番丁寧かと思います。
店内がやや狭い感じですが何でもあるので気軽に立ち寄れます。
The customer service is very good. I think it's the most polite gust I've ever been to.
The inside of the store is a little small, but you can drop in easily because there is anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりのガスト、コロナ対策で来客者の住所を書かなければいけないのには驚いたけどもしっかりしている印象の方が強かった。
会計でドリンクバー使用してないのに請求に載っていたけれど直ぐに対応してくれ良かった。
井川の方に来たらまた寄ります。

もし寄るチャンスがある人は行ってみるべき?
Gusto without complaint. It is delicious compared to Gusto in Sotoasahikawa, Akita City. Also, the customer service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友達とのんびり話す為によりました。久しぶりにガストに入り、以前よりドリンクバーが少し増えたのかな？毎回グラスを変えるのでなんだか申し訳なかったです。
スタッフさんもちょこちょこまわってお皿を下膳してくれています。
そんなに混んでも居なかったのでゆっくりできました。
It was better to talk leisurely with my friends. I entered Gust for the first time in a long time, and I wonder if there are more drink bars than before? I'm sorry because I change the glass every time.
The staff also goes around and prepares the dishes.
I wasn't there even though it was so crowded, so I was able to relax.
