T	Takayo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットや入口に掲載されている診療時間を事前に確認して、診療時間内に伺ったのに、いざ建物の中に入ると受付終了の表記。ホームページには「初診の方は、検査を行うことがありますので、診療時間終了の30分前までにお越しください。」との文言ありましたが、再診に関しての受付時間の記載はなかったのに、見事に帰されました。その場で受付の方に再診か初診か、熱の有無、症状など根掘り葉掘り聞かれて答えたが、また15:45以降に改めて来てと。結局帰すならなぜ確認したのか。どういった内容なら診てもらえたのか。(ただでさえ再診なのに) 診療内容もデリケートな部分だったので恥ずかしくて答えたくなかったのに、意味もなく質問されて結局帰らされるなら時間の無駄だから聞かないでほしいです。そして時間内なのにも関わらず、診てもらえないくらいなら診療時間の記載を変更してほしいです。勘違いして伺う方がたくさんいらっしゃると思います。医師は物腰柔らかで比較的相談しやすく、今後もお世話になろうと思っていただけに残念です。時間がもったいないので他を探します。 I checked the consultation hours posted on the net and at the entrance in advance, and even though I visited during the consultation hours, when I entered the building, the reception was closed.
