★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供のころは城山（じょうやま）と呼んでいました。近くにある小学校の校歌は「緑も深い 城山（じょうやま）に」で始まります。小学生の頃に課外授業かなにかで、一度だけ上ったことがあります。そのころから昔お城があったということは知っていましたが、特に何も整備されていなくて、ただの森という感じでした。上ると石垣のようなものがあったり、頂上には開けた場所があったと記憶しています。今は、西側の斜面に上り口があって比較的上りやすい感じです。ただし、夏は草が茂っていてどこが入り口か分からないかも。秋から冬にかけては草が枯れて入りやすいかも知れません。
 When I was a child, I called Shiroyama. The school song of a nearby elementary school begins with "Deep greenery in Joyama". When I was in elementary school, I went up once only in extracurricular classes. I knew that there was a castle in those days, but it was just a forest without any particular maintenance. I remember that when I climbed up, there was something like a stone wall, and there was an open place at the top. Now, there is an entrance on the western slope and it is relatively easy to climb. However, in summer it is overgrown and you may not know where the entrance is. From autumn to winter, the grass may wither and enter.
