ちょっとした買い物は便利ですが惣菜は少なめなので欲しい弁当や惣菜が売り切れたりしてます。

この店で弁当は買わないほうがいい。しょっちゅう汁がこぼれている。あと店員が買い物の邪魔をすることがある。こっちが商品見てるのに品出しして邪魔してくることがあった。

車が止めやすく、歩いても直ぐ店があり便利です。店内は狭いですが、商品は豊富で明るく買いやすくて、便利にしてます。

買い物人口が立地条件的に品揃えが少ないです。 特に惣菜は7時以降品切れで、帰りに寄ると以前に比べて更に無いです。 少し足を伸ばして矢口駅前店にいった方が良いかも

評価を下げたくないのですが流石に今日はガッカリしました。カレーでが食べたいとの家族の要望で、食材をと。今日は天気も悪かったので家からは1番近いので買い物に行きましたが、まだ夕方にもなって無いのにカレーに使う牛肉が全く無く野菜も揃わず、仕方ないので他のスーパーに行きましたが、何故??何も揃わないの? ではカレールーも置かなければ良い!   まだ諦めがつく。これまでも選べなかったけど、何とか妥協してましたが、ここ迄何も無いとは。矢口店の改装が終わり、客数が減少しました。 が、それにしても   矢口店改装の間は、かなり客数も多かったと思いますし商品もやや豊富でしたが、矢口店が改装開店したためか、やはり品薄な店舗という感じに戻りました。 前より揃わないかも知れません。 特に生鮮関連は選べないどころか、メニューとして成立しない状況で、やれやれと他の店舗迄行きます。商品等のロスは勿論良くない事ですが、発注抑えも行き過ぎると、店舗自体に行くのをためらいます。  特にお惣菜も選びようもありません。前から疑問なのですがフレスタ同士で協力はしないのですね。  よくチェーン店同士なら商品を振り替え合ったりしそうなものですが?  何か私から感じるのは色々会社内の微妙な問題や正しい数字の問題なのでしょうが客側に思い至って無いのは何故だろう?  という思いです。本社から色々オカシイのかなぁとも感じます。閉店間際ならまだしも、まだ昼頃から欠品していて、数日続く時もありますし、 それは矢口店にも言える事です。  何を第一に考えるのかはその会社の余計なお世話かも知れませんが、長い目で見ると信頼を失い結局客離れになるのでは? と、私は思います。  時間があれば多少遠くても品揃えの心配の無い大型店に行くと思います。  でも、そんなに忙しいのが嫌なのでしたら、それは会社の方針ですから仕方ありませんよね。残念です。

It may not be as complete as before. In particular, you can't choose fresh food, and even if it doesn't work as a menu, you can go to other stores. Of course, the loss of products etc. is not good, but if the order restraint goes too far, I hesitate to go to the store itself. There is no particular choice for side dishes. I have been wondering from before, but Fresta does not cooperate with each other. It's likely that chain stores will often transfer products to each other, but what I feel is various subtle problems within the company and problems with the correct numbers, but why didn't the customer think about it? I'm thinking. I also feel that it is variously funny from the head office. If the store is about to close, it may be out of stock from around noon and may last for several days, which is also true for the Yaguchi store. It may be extra care for the company to think first, but in the long run, I think that it will lose trust and eventually leave customers. If you have time, I think you will go to a large store where you don't have to worry about the product lineup even if it is a little far away. But if you don't like being so busy, it's a company policy, so it can't be helped. I'm sorry.

The staff is kind and the store is tidy. Unfortunately the store is quite small so there isn't that much variety in the selection of items.
